the app on Android and iOS. The app is a business tool for internal use by employees and authorized
agents to manage customers, leads, deals, real estate units, and sales processes.

2. Who Uses the App
Employees and authorized agents only. Accounts are created by company management — there is no
self-registration.
3. Data We Collect
- Account: Email, password, login credentials, name, photo, roles, and permissions.
- Customer data you enter: Names, phone numbers, emails, passport + UAE/national ID, date of birth, gender, nationality, marital status, addresses, company information (commercial license), customer type, and uploaded documents.
- Transactions: Financial summary, payment plan/method, amount, bank account, receipt image, commissions.
- Documents and media: Uploaded files and PDFs created on the device.
- Notifications: Device-specific Firebase (FCM) token.
- Technical: System type and basic device data.
- Attendance and Preferences: Check-in/check-out times, language/display mode (stored locally).
4. Data We Do Not Collect
- Geographic location (GPS) — never collected.
- Credit card data (number/CVV) — not collected by the app; payments are processed via Stripe in the background.
- No ad tracking tools.
5. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used for:
- Login authentication and access control.
- Core app functionality (managing leads, deals, units, and customers).
- Creating offers and generating documents.
- Sending push notifications relevant to your work.
- Security monitoring and compliance.
